Information on the online store

Order and delivery

You can speed up customer service by registering in our online store. You can also order products without registration. You are responsible for making sure that the information you provide is accurate and up-to-date.

The current prices for the products in the online store are visible at the store’s webpage. VAT is included in the prices. Lapuan Kankurit Oy will do its best to have products available and to update information on stock as often as possible.

Once you have submitted your order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail that your order has been received. If the payment process is cancelled, the order is cancelled automatically, as well.

Modes of delivery

At the moment, we only deliver products within Finland and Sweden. You can also order products from our online store and have them delivered to another address (e.g. to a friend, workplace or summer cottage). Lapuan Kankurit Oy reserves the right to refuse an order if necessary.

Modes of delivery in Finland
Postal package, collection: Normally orders are delivered to the nearest post office, from where you can collect the package once you have received an arrival notification from the post office.

Matkahuolto, collection: Orders are delivered to the nearest Matkahuolto office, from where you can collect the package once you have received an arrival notification.

Home delivery by post: The postal service will call the customer and arrange a delivery to the address provided by the customer.

Home delivery by Matkahuolto: Matkahuolto will call the customer and arrange a delivery to the address provided by the customer.

Modes of delivery in Sweden
Home delivery by General Logistics Systems Finland Oy or United Parcel Service of America, Inc. GLS or UPS call the customer and arrange a delivery to the address provided by the customer.

Deliveries outside Finland or Sweden

Time of delivery

The goal is to deliver the ordered products within approximately seven weekdays upon receiving the order. In case the time of delivery is significantly delayed, our customer service will try to contact the customer as soon as possible. Please contact +358 6 4338300 or info@lapuankankurit.fi in case you have special requests in terms of the time of delivery.

Service fees

Packing, handling and postage fees are included in the service fee.

Service fees in Finland
Delivery to a post office or Matkahuolto 8,00 €
Home delivery by post or Matkahuolto 14,00 €
No service fee is collected for backorders.

Service fees in Sweden
Home delivery by GLS or by UPS 27,00 €
No service fee is collected for backorders.

Methods of payment

In Finland you can pay your order as an electronic payment or with a credit card when making the order. In Sweden you can pay your order with a credit card when making the order.

Electronic payment

Our online store supports electronic payment via Nordea Solo, OP, AKTIA and POP. When paying electronically, please remember to return to the online store from the bank’s webpage in order for the payment to be registered in our system. Electronic payment is only available in Finland.

Credit card payment

You can pay your order with Visa, Visa Electron or Mastercard credit cards via the digital payment service of Luottokunta. In Sweden you can pay your order using Visa credit card. Credit card information is not saved. Cash on delivery is not an option.

Discount codes

Discount codes a campaign-specific. When placing an order, enter the discount code in the space reserved for it. The discount is reduced from the total amount of the order.

Exchange and return right

Products ordered from the online shop have a 14-day exchange and return right. In Finland you can leave the product to be returned at the post office or at Matkahuolto to be delivered to us as a so-called customer return. Fill in the return form and send it with the product to be returned. Lapuan Kankurit Oy will pay the postage for the return.

The products must be returned unused and undamaged in their original packaging. In case the product is damaged or lost during product return, the customer will be responsible for the expenses.

Return from Sweden

Changing or canceling the order: Contact the customer service of Lapuan Kankurit Oy by telephone, tel. +358 6 4338300. Our customer service is open on weekdays 9.00-16.00. Once you have paid the order, you can no longer make changes to it.

Other terms

The orderer must be over 18 years old.

Privacy policy

The registrar is Lapuan Kankurit Oy (address and business ID).

• The gathered personal information is used for maintaining and managing customer relationships with our online orderers, as well as to enable contact provided by the service.
• The following information is saved in the register: Name, address, phone number, e-mail address and the order and delivery information of the customer.
• The information is stored until the customer asks for the information to be removed from the register.
• Lapuan Kankurit Oy will do its best to ensure proper information security in the online store.
• The contact information you have provided can only be used for the personal direct marketing purposes of Lapuan Kankurit Oy. In case you do not want to receive any direct marketing via e-mail, contact us at info@lapuankankurit.fi.
• The customer has the right to check the information concerning themselves, the right to demand erroneous information to be corrected, the right to forbid the information from being used in direct marketing or other such purposes, as well as the right to resort to the rights stated in the Personal Data Act. All related requests are e-mailed to info@lapuankankurit.fi.
