Constant innovation

"My job is to serve our customers. I arrange customer events; I make offers and help distributors on the use and presentation of our products. Most sales are made in Lapua and Helsinki or at trade shows somewhere in Europe. Every day, I am in touch with our customers from different cultures in several languages, which is challenging, but it is definitely an enriching part of my job. I like working for a company that constantly moves forward and looks towards the future. Though constant innovation is not always easy on the employee, it keeps me active! And though the company keeps growing, it will always be based on tradition of excellent craftsmanship."
